During his time with WWE, Bryan Danielson, formerly known as Daniel Bryan, shared the ring with several top superstars, including Nic Nemeth. On Twitter/X, Nemeth recalled their match from Bragging Rights 2010.

After departing WWE, Danielson signed with All Elite Wrestling where he recently lost the AEW World Championship to Jon Moxley. The loss marked the end of Danielson's full-time wrestling career.

On Twitter/X, Nemeth shared a match graphic of his Interpromotional singles match against Danielson and claimed it was tied for the best WWE match of the year.

"On this day: WWE bragging rights match that was *tied for the best wwe match of the year* haha right," wrote Nemeth.

Bill Apter discussed Bryan Danielson's full-time wrestling career coming to an end

At AEW WrestleDream, Bryan Danielson lost the AEW World Championship to Jon Moxley. Post-match, the Blackpool Combat Club continued their assault on their former member, leading to Wheeler Yuta's heel turn.

Speaking on Sportskeeda Wrestling's The Wrestling Time Machine, Apter speculated on Danielson's new role, claiming he will be helping the superstars backstage. Apter said:

"Bryan [Danielson] now allegedly will not wrestle, at least in the near future again, but I think he'll be helping out backstage and advising the guys because he's just great and he loves the business and you know he's gotta be there backstage. I want to compliment them for one of the best PPVs I've seen."

It remains to be seen what plans Danielson has in store for his professional wrestling career.
