A popular WWE Superstar is looking to prove her worth and show Triple H what she is capable of this year. Triple H is in a prominent position in the company following former WWE CEO Vince McMahon's resignation in January.
Bayley won the Women's Royal Rumble this year and went on to dethrone Iyo Sky of the WWE Women's Championship at WrestleMania XL last month in Philadelphia. Speaking on this past Wednesday's episode of WWE's The Bump, The Role Model suggested that this year will define her career.
She added that she wanted to show Triple H and everyone else what she is capable of as champion.
"I want to know what’s next. I’m excited to see what’s next. I got the first defense out of the way. I want this to be different than I’ve ever done anything before. This year I think cements my legacy and who I am and what I bring to the WWE, and I obviously still have a lot of work to do, I think, to show the WWE Universe and to show Triple H and to show everybody what I can bring and who I am, and I’m excited to do that," said Bayley. Bayley reveals three things she wants to see from WWE SmackDown star
SmackDown star Bayley has disclosed three things she is hoping to see from Jade Cargill as a performer.
The former AEW star is part of a tag team with Bianca Belair, and the duo captured the Women's Tag Team Championship earlier this month at Backlash 2024. Jade Cargill was eliminated in the Quarterfinals of the Queen of the Ring tournament this past Friday night due to disqualification after she struck Nia Jax with a steel chair.
Speaking with Sportskeeda Wrestling's Bill Apter in an exclusive interview, The Role Model said she wanted to see what Cargill brings to the division, consistency, and a connection with wrestling fans. Bayley added that she takes her craft very seriously and is looking forward to seeing what Cargill has to offer the women's division on SmackDown.
"I'm excited to have her. I think she's a very unique performer. Obviously, she has the look, so I'm interested to see what she brings to the division because I'm all about watching the division grow and what you can bring to the table, and I need to see consistency. I need to see you out there working, and I need to see that connection with the fans because I take this very personally," said Bayley. [2:23 – 2:44]
