In the main event of the latest episode of SmackDown, The Motor City Machine Guns won the WWE Tag Team Championship. On social media, former WWE Superstar Ricochet reacted to their victory.

Earlier this year, Ricochet departed from the Stamford-based promotion and signed with AEW. During his final storylines in the company, the 36-year-old star feuded with Bron Breakker and was eventually written off WWE programming after being attacked by him.

On X/Twitter, Ricochet reacted to The Motor City Machine Guns defeating Tama Tonga and Tonga Loa to win the WWE Tag Team Championship. The Future of Flight said he was happy to see Alex Shelley and Chris Sabin win the titles:
"This is wild to see. Happy for the Guns!"

Shelley and Sabin won the WWE Tag Team Championship in only their third match in the Stamford-based company. Last week, the legendary tag team won their debut match against Austin Theory & Grayson Waller, and Angel & Berto in a Triple Threat Tag Team Qualifying Match.
This week on SmackDown, The Motor City Machine Guns defeated DIY to earn themselves a shot at the WWE Tag Team Championship before being confronted by The Bloodline.
Following Solo Sikoa's challenge, Tama Tonga and Tonga Loa opted to defend their titles tonight, only for their plan to backfire.
