Stephanie McMahon has been married to WWE Chief Content Officer Triple H for over two decades. A former Tag Team Champion recently addressed whether she had an intimate relationship with another top superstar.
The wrestler in question is none other than John Cena. The Leader of the Cenation and The Billion Dollar Princess seemingly have a friendly relationship, as the 47-year-old credits the former Chairwoman for saving his career and allowing him to become the Doctor of Thuganomics. While the two had a controversial segment earlier in Cena's career that saw him slap Stephanie's behind in the ring, the two were spotted greeting each other and hugging on RAW After Mania earlier this year.

A fan recently disclosed on the Cafe de Rene podcast that he believes Cena and Stephanie had an intimate relationship. He asked former WWE Tag Team Champion Rene Dupree whether Triple H was jealous of Cena. The former member of La Resistance responded, stating that he does not believe The Leader of the Cenation and The Billion Dollar Princess ever slept together:
"I'm assuming he's asking about Steph. I don't believe that Cena b*nged Stephanie McMahon. I don't believe that, no. If Triple H was jealous of guys, it's because he was still a talent at the time and he felt threatened by other wrestlers taking... Here's the thing. Rene Dupree claimed Triple H was jealous of another ex-WWE star being around his wife
On a previous episode of Cafe de Rene, wrestling veteran Rene Dupree claimed Triple H was jealous of former WWE Superstar Chris Nowinski being around his wife, Stephanie McMahon.
The former WWE Tag Team Champion added that the current Chief Content Officer consistently buried the "good-looking" Harvard graduate in front of The Billion Dollar Princess because he did not want to lose "the keys to the kingdom":
"Chris Nowinski. Chris Nowinski, tall, good-looking, incredibly intellgent from the northeast. He's a Boston guy as well, trained with Kowalski as well. Hunter would make it a point to like bury him in front of her. Like, this one time I think they found like a tick or something in his skin. I don't know if it was a bed bug that they found like Chris got. Anyway, he had like a tick that found and, like, there's Hunter, like, because he would see, like, Stephanie talk with Nowinski or whatever and then here comes Hunter like, 'This f***ing guy has a ticking in his skin.' Like, burying him and sh*t, right? Oh yeah, there was a lot of jealousy there. That's the keys to the kingdom right there if he loses her," he said.
Nowinski had a brief run in WWE between 2002 and 2003. However, he retired from the business after leaving the company due to health issues. The 45-year-old is now a neuroscientist and author.
