Alexa Bliss hasn't been seen on WWE television since the 2023 Royal Rumble, where she unsuccessfully challenged the then-RAW Women's Champion, Bianca Belair. Shortly after, the 33-year-old superstar went on maternity leave and gave birth to her and Ryan Cabrera's first child in November 2023.
In recent months, fans have spotted her Lilly doll backstage on Monday Night RAW, which has fueled speculation of her return. However, PWInsider recently learned that Alexa Bliss won't return to WWE until 2025.

Little Miss Bliss has been heavily linked to The Wyatt Sicks since its formation. Uncle Howdy and Co. have been involved in a deeply personal rivalry with The Miz and The Final Testament, led by Karrion Kross.
A fan recently discussed the possibility of seeing Bliss join forces with The Final Testament. Karrion Kross said he would happily welcome the Goddess of WWE to his faction.

The Wyatt Sicks had already taken out Paul Ellering. They even held The Miz captive but released him weeks later.
Last week on RAW, The A-Lister and The Final Testament set a trap for The Wyatt Sicks, which resulted in Uncle Howdy and his stablemates taking a beatdown.
With Survivor Series: WarGames right around the corner, it will be interesting to see what the company has in store for both factions. Will Bliss get inserted into the feud? Only time will tell.
