Intercontinental Champion Gunther recently stated that he is doing his own thing and he doesn't have the urge to face Roman Reigns.
Roman Reigns has been a dominant champion for nearly 1000 days now. During his reign as the company's top champion, he has defeated everyone in his path. However, there is one champion he is yet to defeat.
While The Tribal Chief has been on the top of the card for a long time, Gunther has been rising through the ranks as Intercontinental Champion. He too has enjoyed a dominant reign as champion and is currently the longest reigning Intercontinental Champion of the current century.
While fans are hoping that the two champions clash in a dream match, Gunther is in no hurry to face Roman Reigns as he revealed during his interview with Mike Jones.

"I think there’s no rush with that (match with Roman Reigns). I think he’s doing his thing right now and I’m very focused on doing my thing so, didn’t really have an urge to, like seek out for that confrontation yet but like you said, down the line, that’s definitely one of the matches that fans are looking forward to." Tommy Dreamer thinks Solo Sikoa could defeat Roman Reigns
Recently on RAW, WWE teased something involving The Head of the Table and Solo Sikoa when the former bumped into him accidentally and looked a bit shook at Solo's reaction.
This caused many fans to speculate that Solo could turn on Reigns in the future. Tommy Dreamer also spoke about it on Busted Open Radio where he said that Solo could be the one to defeat Reigns if WWE properly build him up as a solid babyface.
"If Solo is the heater, everybody should be afraid to piss off the heater. Just let him be him." Dreamer continued, "Solo isn't there yet, but Solo will be ready. I have gone on record and said I don't know who is the person to defeat Roman Reigns, but what if it was Solo? I think WWE could get him this hot. Like Umaga, Umaga was so hot that if he would have turned babyface, the sky would have been the limit."
He continued:
"I mean, Solo could be the eventual head of The Bloodline. They have other members of their family. I mean, there are so many different places you can go," Dreamer added. [21:07 - 22:13]
While it would be a fun scenario to witness, it will be a long time before Solo is ready to take on such a massive responsibility.
