Dragon Lee makes extremely personal real-life announcement ahead of WWE RAW

WWE Superstar Dragon Lee recently made a massive personal life announcement before the latest edition of Monday Night RAW. Lee is a member of Rey Mysterio's Latino World Order (LWO).

The 29-year-old was last seen on WWE TV on the June 18, 2024, episode of NXT, where he participated in a 25-man Battle Royal to determine the number one contender for the NXT Championship. Following this, the former North American Champion wrestled at a few live events, with the latest one coming on July 14, 2024.

Amid his television hiatus, Dragon Lee took to X/Twitter to make an extremely personal announcement. He and his wife, Lupita Orozco, are expecting their second child. In his tweet, Lee asked fans whether it would be a girl or a boy.

"Hey guys .. I'm very excited .! [Boy emoji] or [Girl emoji]?" he tweeted.

WWE Hall of Famer Rey Mysterio was full of praise for Dragon Lee

In an interview with Bakers Bantering, Rey Mysterio praised Dragon Lee by saying that the latter had a very unique wrestling style.

Mysterio also mentioned that Lee was always full of determination whenever he competed inside the squared circle.

"I see a lot of a young me in Dragon Lee. He is very unique with his style. Of course, he carries a tradition of lucha libre, which is the mask. The mask represents something way beyond just putting on a mask. It transforms you. It gives you a certain power of representation to our culture, representation to our sport. Overall, he has the heart and determination to go in the ring and put it all on the line. I’ve seen that every time he steps in the ring."

Many fans believe Dragon Lee could become the next Rey Mysterio in WWE. It will be interesting to see what the Triple H-led promotion has planned for the LWO star's future.
