Drew McIntyre has been riding a massive wave of success since he turned heel early this year and began feuding against CM Punk. The storyline between The Scottish Warrior and The Best in the World came to an end at Bad Blood after Punk defeated McIntyre inside the punishing Hell in a Cell structure.

Both stars were banged up after the clash, during which, Drew McIntyre legitimately busted his head open, and medical staff had to put in 16 staples to close the wound. Following the bout, the former World Heavyweight Champion took some time off. The 39-year-old star returned to the Stamford-based promotion on the December 2 edition of Monday Night RAW and has since been targeting the members of the OG Bloodline.

The upcoming year is going to be extremely important as WWE RAW is preparing for a massive move to Netflix on January 6. Drew McIntyre has recently expressed his frustration at being part of the Netflix trailer for RAW in a recent video he uploaded to his X (formerly Twitter) account. He sarcastically took some shots at the Stamford-based promotion and the global streaming platform and also warned that he would grab what he wanted and crush everyone in his way

“We're less than two weeks away from WWE's debut on Netflix, I am in the office, about to watch the official trailer for the very first time and I figured hey why don't we watch it together? Shall we? Ok Cody is on SmackDown but golden boy is cool. Not you to Netflix. alright, it's cool. It's all good now, maybe don't look enough like a superstar, or maybe my 2024 just wasn't successful enough ah it's all good,” he said.

A top AEW star just called one of his colleagues 'spoiled' and 'narcissistic' HERE.

Drew McIntyre's lengthy address further went on to say:

“You don't have to hand me anything, what I want I'll take, I'll shred everybody on social they will cry about it, they'll whine on the mic and I will crush them there, then inevitably they will tryna fight me but I am 6'5" 280 pounds, I'll crush them there too. So I guess we'll have to step in 2025. That's exactly what we'll do until then Happy New Year everybody.”

You can watch McIntyre give his statement in the video below:

Drew McIntyre could play an important role during Roman Reigns’s match

Drew McIntyre is not advertised for RAW’s premiere on Netflix. However, The Scottish Warrior might play an important role during the historic show. He has been gunning for the OG Bloodline since his return to the promotion.

The former World Heavyweight Champion could interfere during the Solo Sikoa vs. Roman Reigns Tribal Combat and could help the self-proclaimed Tribal Chief defeat Reigns. On SmackDown last week McIntyre had a confrontation with Sikoa, where he expressed that he didn't like the latter and had unfinished business to take care of. However, he also acknowledged that the goal of disciplining Roman Reigns aligned their paths for the time being.

This is just conjecture at this point. It remains to be seen what plans Triple H-led creatives have in store for Drew McIntyre moving forward.
