WWE Superstar Drew McIntyre finally broke his silence after 'quitting' the Stamford-based promotion in front of Triple H on an edition of Monday Night RAW.

After another unsuccessful attempt at winning the World Heavyweight Championship at Clash at the Castle Premium Live Event, McIntyre came out to cut a promo on the following episode of WWE RAW. However, The Scottish Warrior did not say much and shocked the world by quitting the company. Following this, Triple H tried to convince him backstage but he did not listen to The Game and walked away from the venue.

On last week's episode of SmackDown, Drew McIntyre made a surprise appearance and took his rivalry with CM Punk to the next level as he took revenge against The Second City Saint. The Scottish Warrior left Punk busted open and bloodied up.

Now McIntyre has finally broken his silence on 'quitting' WWE in front of Triple H. The former World Heavyweight Champion reacted to an edit of CM Punk's interview with Ariel Helwani, where The Best in the World revealed that he told his former boss, Tony Khan, that he was a "clown" as Punk was quitting AEW.

Corey Graves deleted his Tweet! More details HERE.

In the edit, Drew McIntyre told Triple H that CM Punk had him fooled and that he was done. Replying to the edit McIntyre asked which "sick freak" had made the edit, seeming irate at the video.

"Which sick freak made this?" he asked.

Dutch Mantell was full of praise for Drew McIntyre's segment with CM Punk on WWE SmackDown

During a recent edition of Sportskeeda Wrestling's Smack Talk, Dutch Mantell said that he found the segment between Drew McIntyre and CM Punk very good.

Mantell also mentioned that he was surprised to see that McIntyre took Punk out as he did not believe for a minute that it was actually The Best in the World lying busted open on the ground.

"Very good. So I'm following the story. He quit and of course, CM Punk brought that up. I think they were expecting him but not at that time. So when that door opened, and all of a sudden it's Drew McIntyre standing there. A guy is laying down there, for a minute, I didn't think it would be CM Punk. I thought it might be something else. It was him. So, they had my brain running and racing."
