Drew McIntyre has threatened a major WWE star and stormed out of the Money in the Bank Kickoff Show today. The Scottish Warrior will be competing in the Men's MITB Six-Man Ladder Match during the premium live event tomorrow night.
McIntyre brutally attacked CM Punk last month on WWE SmackDown and has vowed to win the MITB contract this weekend. Michael Cole hosted the Kickoff Show today ahead of the premium live event and claimed that McIntyre was a hypocrite because he'd criticized the 'Money in the Bank' concept after Damian Priest had cashed in on him at WrestleMania XL. The former World Heavyweight Champion responded by threatening Cole on stage.
"If you keep going down this path, you aren't going to get a hug that little girl gave you, you are going to get my foot broken off in your a**e," he said. [From 53:56 - 54:04]
McIntyre then noted that he would have the power once he captured the Money in the Bank contract and took a shot at Damian Priest. He mocked the champion saying he would not attack from behind, insinuating the World Heavyweight Champion had done exactly that when he'd cashed in earlier this year on The Scottish Warrior.

"This contract puts the power in my hands, sometimes you've got to fight fire with fire. And unlike that little b**** Damian Priest, I'm not going to attack from behind," he added. [From 54:40 - 54:49]
Former WWE writer does not want top star to cost Drew McIntyre at Money in the Bank
Vince Russo recently claimed that it would be a bad idea for CM Punk to cost Drew McIntyre tomorrow night at WWE Money in the Bank.
Punk interfered in McIntyre's match against Damian Priest at WWE Clash at the Castle: Scotland last month and prevented him from winning the World Heavyweight Championship. Speaking on the most recent episode of Sportskeeda Wrestling's Legion of RAW show, Russo said it would be an overkill if the Second City Saint interfered in McIntyre's MITB Ladder Match again tomorrow night.
"I am just telling you this right now. To me, if you have Punk do the exact same thing that he just did at the Castle, now it’s getting dragged. To me, its a complete overkill," said Russo. [From 1:03:56 onwards]
