EC3 was full of praise for two major figures in WWE - one who just returned after a long absence and the other who made a shocking and sudden departure recently. He believes that the returning legend is back to train a younger replacement.
On the latest episode of The Wrestling Outlaws, Dr. Chris Featherstone spoke to EC3 and ex-WWE writer Vince Russo about the return of Lilian Garcia on Monday Night RAW and the sudden departure of star announcer Samantha Irvin.
EC3 praised Lilian Garcia and stated that her return is likely a bridge to train a younger replacement in the future:
"She [Lilian Garcia] was always great when I watched her. Kudos to her for coming back. It'll probably be a bridge to maybe a younger replacement down the road. Somebody she can pass the how-to's and the know-hows and the intricate game of ring announcing. So kudos to Samantha [Irvin] for taking her next step, kudos to Lilian for coming back, and kudos to everyone for being awesome." (2:38-3:03)

EC3 described two possible WWE signings as "marketing machines"
EC3 thinks that WWE could have two major marketing machines in the future. This is exactly what the sports entertainment juggernaut looks for when making high-profile signings.
On a previous episode of The Wrestling Outlaws, the former TNA World Heavyweight Champion stated that Penta El Zero and Rey Fenix would be "marketing machines":
"If you've done something for a long time and you seek a new challenge, it is a new challenge for them to go to the WWE, so different audience, different scheduling, different presentation. You know, probably has that intrigue. Money's probably really good. A marketing machine because, take wrestling away, they're both charismatic individuals with unique looks and outfits and gear and presentation, so immediately they look cool as action figures. They look cool to kids," he said. [2:16 – 2:49]
As of now, it seems like The Lucha Bros will have to wait until they sign with WWE. The rumors died down after it was reported that Tony Khan could block their move. He has accused WWE of contract tampering in the past, which refers to them negotiating with talent who are still under contract.
Wrestling legend Konnan called Khan "petty" for not allowing The Lucha Bros to make their next career move.
