Since then, the company has announced that he has suffered a cervical spine injury that has led to him being kept overnight at the local hospital. Former WWE Champion Kofi Kingston has now spoken about it.

While most fans were expressing their regret and anger at Kevin Owens in the comments, Kingston didn't hesitate to express his opinion about the injury. He said, "Karma," indicating he felt that Rhodes had deserved it for what he said to Xavier Woods and Kingston following their betrayal of Big E.

He also shared a video clip of the moment where Cody Rhodes had confronted him and Xavier Woods backstage and told them that they should be ashamed of themselves.
