CM Punk has had a tendency to rub some people the wrong way - nowhere is that more evident than in his feuds in WWE. A star has decided that he will only rest after he has ended Punk's career for good.
The rivalry between CM Punk and Drew McIntyre has been the focus of their careers in 2024 so far. They each have one win. Both men have gotten the better of each other so far, but the latest attacks by the Scottish Psychopath took things too far. He even shoved the bracelet with Punk's wife, AJ Lee, and dog Larry's names down The Second City Saint's mouth.
The two are now going to face each other in what is expected to be the deciding match of their feud at Bad Blood inside the Hell in a Cell structure. Both stars are intent on being done with each other.
During a recent AMA on Reddit for his role in The Killer's Game movie, Drew McIntyre answered a question about working in Hollywood. He said that he had definitely considered a career in acting in the future, but for the moment, he was focused on two things—becoming the champion and ending CM Punk's career.
New Champs in WWE! More RIGHT HERE
"I had a great experience but my focus is WWE and becoming Champion and ending CM Punk’s career for good. If the right offer arises, who knows… It would be cool to do both at the same time whilst in my prime…" the former WWE Champion wrote.
Drew McIntyre and CM Punk's WWE feud has been highly violent
While most feuds in WWE are naturally violent, things are not always quite simple in the company.
The two stars have done everything they can to make lives difficult for each other. With all of this happening, the Hell in a Cell match - which is usually a brutal encounter - is sure to be something that may come close to ending the stars' career.
For now, fans will have to wait. In the coming weeks, it remains to be seen if RAW General Manager Adam Pearce will try to modify the stipulation and further increase the stakes.
