Another SmackDown episode is in the books, and Tama Tonga has seemingly gone viral for an odd reason. The Bloodline member was heard making some sounds that have led to fans reacting in the most hilarious way possible.
The quarterfinal matches in the King of the Ring tournament went down on this week's SmackDown, in which Tama Tonga went over LA Knight, thanks to a distraction from Solo Sikoa.
Before his match, a pumped-up Tonga was seen backstage getting ready, and it gave viewers one of the most comical moments of the week. As Sikoa instructed Tama to go to the ring, the 41-year-old star made a series of noises that have garnered a wide range of comparisons.
One fan noted that what Tama did was straight out of Vince McMahon's playbook:
Another member of the WWE Universe made a hilarious reference to the iconic Korn song, Freak on a Leash, and even put out an edited clip:
The reactions also included obvious Cornholio (Beavis and Butt-Head) mentions.
''Sounds like jeepers creepers!'' a fan wrote.
One long-time follower of Tonga noted that his mannerisms and gestures on SmackDown would have been effective with his face paint.
''Hits different with a face paint and hand gestures!'' added another fan.
Meanwhile, The Bloodline member will lock horns with Randy Orton in the semi-final of the King of the Ring tournament on next week's SmackDown.
Tama Tonga set for a massive first-time-ever WWE match
The new arc in the Bloodline storyline has meant fans get to see new faces joining the saga. Tama Tonga has been incredibly ruthless since debuting in the WWE weeks ago and, as things stand, has also been booked well.
Tonga competed against one of WWE's biggest babyfaces, LA Knight, this week and despite getting a predictable assist, scored a major victory. In the other KOTR match of the night, Randy Orton got the better of a motivated Carmelo Hayes in SmackDown's main event.
The stage is set for Tama Tonga to take on Randy Orton for the first time ever, and the battle between the veterans has certainly piqued a WWE legend's interest.
Orton is the favorite to win, but fans should anticipate a solid match with the experienced Tonga, who will be looking to pull off a huge upset in the ongoing WWE tournament.
