Female pro-wrestling star survives terrifying car accident

A female pro-wrestling star has suffered minor injuries after being involved in a car accident. The star in question is Ashley Vega, who went viral earlier this year after being featured in a TNA Wrestling clip.

Ashley Vega made an appearance on Joe Hendry's Food Fight earlier this year and the clip was shared on TNA Wrestling's official Instagram handle. Vega quickly went viral on Wrestling Twitter due to her resemblance to WWE Superstar Liv Morgan.

The pro-wrestling star shared a post on her official Instagram handle yesterday, revealing that she was involved in what looked like a horrifying car accident. She shared a picture of the destroyed vehicle and also showed some minor injuries that she suffered.

"PLEASE WEAR YOUR SEAT BELT I am safe and we all are thankfully just want that to be clear! i am thankful for all the messages, and i will get round to everyone once i have finally got back home to glasgow. i don’t want sympathy or posting this for that reason, i want to raise awareness - the 2nd post is the marks left from the impact from the seatbelt and i may very well have left in a much worse way if it wasn’t for that, or our driver who’s actions saved all our life’s, what a hero. wrestling is crazy and we have all bonded over our experience together and i only just met two of the lads. feeling very grateful."

Ashley Vega on pro-wrestling fans mistaking her for Liv Morgan

A short while ago, Vega opened up about many fans comparing her to WWE Superstar Liv Morgan. She revealed that WWE Superstar and real-life Bloodline member Naomi told her the same when the two once met.

The 23-year-old pro-wrestling star then said that she doesn't think she looks like Morgan by any means. She added that her glasses and the color of her hair make her look a lot like Morgan.
