Owens is all set to battle Cody Rhodes at the 2025 Royal Rumble Premium Live Event. The two men will collide in a Ladder match for the Undisputed WWE Title. On tonight's edition of WWE SmackDown, Rhodes and Owens engaged in a brawl after the latter blindsided Cody from behind.

"I want to slap the back of Kevin's head. He just needs a good strong palm smack back there and maybe he'll come back around."

The Undisputed WWE Title belt and the classic Winged Eagle WWE title belt will be suspended above the ring at Royal Rumble 2025. Owens wants nothing but to destroy The American Nightmare to the point where he's unable to stop him from climbing the ladder and snatching both belts. He hasn't held a top title belt since 2017 when he lost the Universal Title to WWE veteran Goldberg and is desperate to taste championship gold once again.

He would book Roman Reigns to re-form The Bloodline with The Usos and Sami Zayn upon his comeback.
