Former WWE Women's World Champion Rhea Ripley recently went viral for twerking at a live event in Orlando, Florida, last Saturday. Later, Naomi sent a non-PG message to Mami on social media.
Ripley teamed up with WWE Women's Tag Team Champions Bianca Belair and Naomi to take on the Pure Fusion Collective in a six-woman tag team match on December 28. It was part of the company's year-end Holiday Tour.
After getting a win over Shayna Baszler, Zoey Stark, and Sonya Deville, the trio danced and twerked on the entrance ramp. Since it was a non-televised event, fans shared the video of the same on several social media platforms, including X (Twitter), and it went viral.
A top AEW star just called one of his colleagues 'spoiled' and 'narcissistic' HERE.
Naomi even reposted the video on her Instagram story. The SmackDown Superstar called The Eradicator "Big Momma."
"Momma, it's big! #bigmomma, @rheariple_wwe," Naomi wrote.
Rhea Ripley again teamed up with Bianca Belair and Naomi the following night in Miami, Florida. Based on some new uploads on X, Mami twerked again after her team's win, as the crowd cheered her and the reigning WWE Women's Tag Team Champions.
Former WWE writer claims Rhea Ripley doesn't need the Women's World Title
Rhea Ripley is set to challenge Liv Morgan for the Women's World Championship in a Last Woman Standing Match on the season premiere of WWE RAW on Netflix on January 6. The company has been building the red brand's debut on the streaming platform as a big deal, scheduling WrestleMania-type matches.
One of those matches is Ripley vs. Morgan to possibly settle their rivalry once and for all. While The Nightmare is the favorite to regain the title, former WWE writer Vince Russo wants to see Morgan retain the championship.
"Rhea Ripley is super over with the people. She don’t need the belt. Liv does; that belt and that title really helps Liv. Rhea Ripley will remain over whether or not she wins the title; she doesn’t need the title. They just need to protect her in this match. I think they should keep the title on Liv," he said in the latest episode of Writing with Russo. [7:25-7:49]
Ripley is currently 1-1 in singles matches in her current rivalry with Morgan, losing at SummerSlam due to Dominik Mysterio's betrayal. She won at Bad Blood, but only via disqualification, following an attack by Raquel Rodriguez.
