Owens isn't fond of Rhodes in the least. Most importantly, he wants nothing but to dethrone The American Nightmare and become the new Undisputed WWE Champion.
He hasn't won a world title in WWE ever since losing the Universal Championship to Goldberg on the road to WrestleMania 33 in 2017. Only time will tell if Owens pulls it off and beats Cody to win the top prize in WWE on the road to WrestleMania 41.

He would book Roman Reigns to re-form The Bloodline with The Usos and Sami Zayn upon his comeback.
