WWE Superstar CM Punk is scheduled to face a formidable opponent on the Netflix debut of RAW. In anticipation of this high-stakes match, The Second City Saint was seen closely monitoring Seth Rollins in a backstage video released by the company on social media.

At the WWE Live Holiday Tour event in Madison Square Garden on December 26, 2024, The Revolutionary squared off against Dominik Mysterio in a one-on-one match. Rollins paid tribute to the late Brodie Lee, who sadly passed away four years ago, before beating Dirty Dom.

Meanwhile, CM Punk faced and defeated Ludwig Kaiser at the live event, one match after The Visionary's match. WWE shared backstage footage on Instagram, showcasing The Best in the World scouting Seth Rollins' in-ring performance ahead of their highly anticipated match on the RAW premiere on Netflix, scheduled for January 6, 2025.

"I think that the more interesting thing would be Roman Reigns wins the Royal Rumble and Paul Heyman makes Roman Reigns give his WrestleMania match to CM Punk," he said.
