Former champion seemingly ruled out of Crown Jewel appearance following WWE SmackDown

This week's WWE SmackDown was main-evented by Bayley and Bianca Belair as the two women looked to settle their issues after a lengthy feud. The EST will face off against IYO SKY in Saudi Arabia tomorrow afternoon for the Women's Championship, but The Role Model may not be in her corner.

After joking earlier about how she would face SKY for the title in Saudi Arabia if she took out Bianca Belair, Bayley herself may not even make the trip after she was given a KOD both in the ring and through the announce table to end the show.

Bayley could now remain in the United States and take IYO SKY's place at the live events that the women's champion was advertised initially ahead of the announcement that she would defend her title in The Middle East against The EST of WWE.

SKY won't need the backup of Damage CTRL, but if she loses her title and her stable isn't there to help, it could lead to more tension within the group heading into 2024.
