Nia Jax won the WWE Women's Championship at the SummerSlam Premium Live Event in Cleveland, Ohio. Her ally, Tiffany Stratton, sent a heartfelt message to the champion following the title win.

The Irresistible Force won the Queen of the Ring Tournament earlier this year and, with it, an opportunity to challenge for the WWE Women's Championship at The Biggest Party of the Summer. This past Saturday, she locked horns with Bayley in a title match. After a back-and-forth contest, the challenger came out on top to win the second singles title of her career.

Reacting to the 40-year-old's win, Tiffany Stratton took to X (fka Twitter) earlier today to send a heartfelt message to Nia Jax. The Women's Money in the Bank contract holder shared a picture from the show to reflect on her friendship with the newly crowned champion on and off the screen.

"From watching her on total divas and Monday night RAW to being by her side and helping her win the title in her second run, she’s unstoppable. Theres no one else I’d rather call my bestie, travel buddy and mentor. Here’s to our first summer-slam together. 💕💅🏻," she wrote.

WWE veteran shares honest take on Nia Jax's improvement during her current run

Nia Jax has received a lot of criticism for allegedly injuring some of her opponents during her previous run with WWE. Following her surprise release in 2021, she returned to the wrestling promotion last September with a more confident approach inside the squared circle.

Speaking on Sportskeeda Wrestling's Smack Talk show, former WWE manager Dutch Mantell pointed out that the creative head, Triple H valued Nia Jax's talent and helped her refine her in-ring skills. The veteran added that the wrestling promotion had put a lot of effort into helping her improve, and her positive push indicates just that.

"See, her big criticism was that she hurt people. But Triple H said, 'We gotta fix that. We can't have this specimen of a talent just sitting there doing nothing. So, we can correct that.' So, you can tell they have done a lot of work on her. If this [is] Triple H's stamp is on her, the last thing he wants is for her to fail. And she's not gonna fail. You can tell how much work they put into her," he said. [From 13:00 onwards]

With Tiffany Stratton trying to cash in her Money in The Bank contract on Bayley during the title match at WWE SummerSlam, it will be interesting to see how long the two will stick together.
