A major WWE Superstar is officially set to make his debut outside of the Stamford-based promotion. The name in question is the 416-pound Omos.

The Nigerian Giant's last televised appearance was on the April 5, 2024, edition of SmackDown. He participated in the Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royal but did not win the multi-man match.

A recent report noted that the former RAW Tag Team Champion remains under contract with WWE. Omos has been absent from television for 266 days, but that is set to change very shortly.

Today, Pro Wrestling NOAH announced on X (Twitter) that Omos will make his debut appearance in the company on January 1, 2025. This appearance is facilitated by a working relationship between WWE and the Japanese promotion.

A few weeks ago, in an episode of the Six Feet Under with Mark Calaway podcast, The Undertaker highly praised the 416-pound giant. The Deadman compared Omos to Kane, describing the 30-year-old as a "bigger" version of The Big Red Machine.

It has been a considerable time since The Nigerian Giant has held a championship in professional wrestling. Only time will tell if Omos will achieve success and capture a title, either in Pro Wrestling NOAH or in the Stamford-based promotion following the premiere of RAW on Netflix.
