WWE Hall of Famer Sunny has had romantic relationships with several co-workers. Former ECW referee John Finegan recently claimed her romance with a former WWE champion destroyed the latter.

Sunny first met Chris Candido in high school. The former WWE Tag Team Champion introduced her to the wrestling business as they became a couple. The duo worked together in several promotions, including the Stamford-based company and ECW. Although they had an on-and-off relationship for nearly 15 years until Candido's death in 2005, Sunny had confessed to having several flings, including a love affair with Shawn Michaels.

Speaking on the Wrestling Then And Now podcast, Finegan claimed Sunny had destroyed Candido:

"It bugs me so much even today. Unbelievable talent. Just a great guy. An absolute great guy destroyed by Tammy [Sunny]. And it was sad. I mean, we saw it. I probably saw Chris when he was 15 years old in a ring and just so talented then. But he was brought down by her and it's just so sad. It's awful awful story. Awful that he's not even with us anymore and she's sitting in a jail cell after her yearly actions. Unbelievable talent though and super super guy that had drew a short stick in life with having to be wrapped around with her," he said. [2:12 - 2:57]

The Ex-WWE Tag Team Champion's brother made certain claims about Sunny

During an appearance on the Cafe de Rene podcast, Chris Candido's brother, Johnny, discussed the former WWE Tag Team Champion's romance with Sunny. He claimed he witnessed the latter flirting with another wrestler while they were waiting for his brother in a car.

Johnny explained that they were together for an XPW event and had former XPW star Justice Pain in the car when the incident happened. He stated that Pain felt awkward and stared at him as Sunny allegedly flirted with him. The 42-year-old added that the Hall of Famer changed her attitude once his brother returned to the car:

"And he was staring at me because he felt awkward as sh*t. And I'm like looking at her like, 'What the f**k!' And he's looking back at me and then my brother came in the car and she like snapped out of it. It was weird. Like, I saw that once but I was like, 'Wow!' Like, now, you know, I kinda get it," he said.

Candido last wrestled in April 2005 in a Tag Team Match in TNA. He sadly passed away a few days later aged only 33.
