A former WWE Champion recently underwent a major surgery and is on his way to recovery. Kevin Nash shared that he has lost weight, but fans have nothing to worry about.
Nash revealed in early December that he was set to go under the knife because of a torn bicep and shoulder issues. He finally had surgery and has already begun training to complete his recovery. Big Daddy Cool has also adopted a new diet called the "carnivore diet."
On the latest episode of the Kliq This podcast, Nash explained it was his choice to change his diet and completely remove carbohydrates. The WWE Hall of Famer has lost weight in the process, but there's nothing to worry about since it's his choice.
“I've lost more weight, but I mean it's on purpose because I pretty much went carnivore. I'm just not eating carbs. I know that I'm going to have, especially at 65, I'm going to have (...) without being able to do any progressive resistance training. I'm going to lose a shi*load of muscle over the next three months, but you know the beauty of training for 50 plus years is muscle memory is there. It's just like it’ll come right back. I got out of the shower today and I looked to myself I said, 'Woah dude! You look 65,'" Nash said. [18:08 - 18:47]

The carnivore diet is a popular diet plan that only allows eating animal products, while fruits, vegetables, grains, legumes, seeds, nuts, and anything with carbohydrates are prohibited.
Kevin Nash explains why Triple H is better suited to run WWE than The Rock
Triple H has been in charge of the creative team since Vince McMahon stepped down from his position in 2022. However, there has been speculation that The Rock would eventually replace The Game with former WWE writer Brian Gewirtz, who works for The Final Boss' production company.
Kevin Nash is not in favor of Rocky or Gewirtz taking over creative. Nash explained that Triple H looked at every detail of every part of what makes pro wrestling great.
"I was just like (...) that's what makes the difference between good and great: detail. And he's dialing this f***in' in, and I'm saying to myself, Dwayne [Johnson] doesn't have the time for that. (...) It's the Triple H era because (...) people will run through f***ing walls for him. He gets it. And that's the intangible that Brian Gewirtz or Dwayne, they're not going to have," Nash said. Triple H's official designation in WWE is Chief Content Officer, while The Rock is a board member for TKO, the parent company of WWE, as well as UFC.
