WWE Superstar Chad Gable is currently involved in an intriguing storyline with The Wyatt Sicks. SmackDown Superstar Carmelo Hayes recently pushed for the mysterious faction to take the former Tag Team Champion out of the Money in the Bank ladder match.
Carmelo Hayes pinned Randy Orton in the Triple Threat Money in the Bank qualifying match on the June 21 edition of Friday Night SmackDown to punch his ticket for the premium live event. The bout also featured The Bloodline member Tama Tonga. Carmelo is the youngest of the six WWE Superstars qualified for the match.
During a recent conversation with Jim Varsallone of the Miami Herald, the former NXT Champion was asked about one of his competitors, Chad Gable, being targeted by The Wyatt Sicks. The 29-year-old stated that he was glad that it was Gable's problem and not his. Carmelo added that he would invite The Wyatt Sicks to take the former Tag Team Champion out:
“It feels good right now, [that] it’s not my problem. It’s a problem that Chad [Gable] has to figure out and figure out why they’re coming for him and why they’re on him. But I’d invite them to come in and take him out of the match. That’d make our lives a lot easier," Hayes said. [H/T: Fightful]

Former WWE writer suggests The Wyatt Sicks kidnaps a popular star to lure in Chad Gable
The Wyatt Sicks attacked Chad Gable and several other people backstage on their WWE debut to close the June 17 edition of the red brand's show. The members of the mysterious faction are seemingly continuing to target Master Gable.
During a recent edition of Sportskeeda Wrestling's Legion of RAW, former WWE writer Vince Russo stated that The Wyatt Sicks should use certain stars to lure in others. He further suggested the faction kidnap Otis and invite Chad Gable to rescue the Alpha Academy member from the Firefly Fun House:
"They got to establish these misfits that were kicked to the curb. They all live together now. It’s almost like a commune and they listen to Bo and Bo is the leader. We go back and we see that house every week. What they got to do is show up at the arena, grab somebody, and bring them back to that house. Now you gotta go to them. It’s in a wrestler to save the day like Gable said to Otis, ‘If they ever get you, I am gonna have your back.’ Let’s use that as an example. They take Otis, and now Gable has to go into that house of horrors and has no idea what he’s walking into. That’s how you gotta do this." [From 47:01 onwards]
The faction led by Uncle Howdy seemingly made its intentions clear in the two VHS tapes played during the last two editions of Monday Night RAW. It remains to be seen when the group members will get inside the squared circle for a match.
