Former WWE head writer Vince Russo recently spoke about how Triple H has booked current WWE stars. The former writer reviewed this week's episode of RAW.
Paul Levesque has taken over the reins of the creative team ever since Vince McMahon stepped down from his role as Chairman and CEO. Since then, Hunter has been credited for the rise of new talent such as LA Knight, Logan Paul, Damian Priest, Tiffany Stratton, Gunther, and many others.
This week on Sportskeeda Wrestling's Legion of RAW, Russo mentioned that a WWE employee told him about Hunter's booking strategy. He detailed that The Game liked an even booking for all the stars. The former writer opined that none of the superstars were getting over with this kind of booking.
"I had a conversation with somebody that works with Triple H this weekend. I asked about the creative. The person told me flat out that Triple H likes to do everything on an even keel. There's no ups, there's no downs, everything is on an even keel. This is somebody currently employed by them that works with Triple H." [3:00 onwards]
In the last couple of years, WWE has seen great success under Hunter's leadership.
They recently signed a lucrative deal with Netflix to air Monday Night RAW on the platform from 2025. Ticket and merch sales have been at record highs and the company has sold out arenas across the globe.
