John Laurinaitis left WWE in 2022 amid sexual misconduct allegations. In a recent interview, WWE's former head of security Jimmy Noonan addressed how he could get involved if the 61-year-old ever goes on trial.
Laurinaitis was a WWE talent relations executive and occasional on-screen character between 2001 and 2022. In January, former WWE employee Janel Grant claimed in a lawsuit that Laurinaitis and Vince McMahon sexually assaulted her. Laurinaitis' lawyer denied the allegation, claiming his client is also a "victim."
On the Cheap Heat Productions Podcast, Noonan said he always had a good relationship with Laurinaitis. He also revealed he is willing to help if the former on-screen authority figure needs him:
"If they ever called me to a case where he was on trial, I would go and I would write a letter and give my two cents if they ever wanted it. Johnny Laurinaitis is a good man," Noonan said. [31:09 – 31:23]

Noonan worked for WWE between 1999 and 2007. He often made televised appearances as a security guard for wrestlers.
Jimmy Noonan's experiences with John Laurinaitis
During his time in WWE, John Laurinaitis was responsible for dealing with superstars behind the scenes. The wrestler-turned-executive informed talents about hirings and firings. He also played a big part in recruiting Diva Search contestants in the mid-2000s.
Jimmy Noonan only had positive things to say about how Laurinaitis treated women backstage in WWE:
"I never heard a whisper. Johnny was the guy who handled Christy Hemme and Torrie Wilson and Stacy Keibler and all the Divas, the Diva Search, Candice [Michelle], and all those girls, and I never even heard a whisper of impropriety. A whisper. Were there whispers about other things in WWE? Absolutely. But in terms of Johnny Laurinaitis, nothing. An upstanding guy." [30:33 – 31:05]
John Laurinaitis is the stepfather of WWE Hall of Famers Brie and Nikki Garcia, formerly known as The Bella Twins. He is married to their mother, Kathy, and frequently appeared on the Total Bellas and Total Divas reality shows.
