Former WWE star offers to return as Liv Morgan's manager

Liv Morgan has been one of the most prominent superstars on WWE television over the past few months. Dennis Knight, formerly known as Mideon, said he was willing to manage the Women's World Champion if she needed assistance.

Knight wrestled for WWE between 1996 and 2001. The 55-year-old became a chef after his in-ring career ended. However, he is keen to return to the wrestling industry as a creative team member and a possible on-screen personality.

On The Undertaker's Six Feet Under w/Mark Calaway podcast, Knight repeatedly joked about his admiration for Morgan. The former European Champion also outlined a storyline idea involving himself and the RAW star.

"What I wanna do is write and manage," Knight said. "I wanna manage Liv. I think right now with the Revenge Tour, oh, I am [interested] because she's phenomenal. There's always been the little manager, the little girl, and the big guy. This is criss-cross, face-off. This is the big guy with a little girl." [1:40:45 – 1:41:06]

Morgan is currently involved in a heated rivalry with Rhea Ripley. In recent weeks, she has attempted to lure Dominik Mysterio away from The Eradicator as part of a romantic storyline.

How Dennis Knight almost returned to WWE

Brian James, also known as Road Dogg, once asked Dennis Knight if he wanted to become part of the NXT creative team.

According to Knight, he submitted ideas to WWE's Senior Vice President of Live Events. However, the NXT role had already been given to someone else.

"Brian asked me if I wanted to be a writer for NXT," Knight said. "I was like, 'F**k, heck yeah.' So I watched like a month's worth of NXT tapings and wrote a bunch of cr*p and everything, and then I was like, 'I'll send it to you.' He was like, 'They already filled that position.'" Knight has not wrestled for WWE since 2004. His last televised match for the company ended in defeat against William Regal at No Mercy 2000.
