Former WWE star provides unfortunate health update

Former WWE star Aiden English, now known as Matthew Rehwoldt in TNA, provided an unfortunate health update on Twitter. He also encouraged people to take a different route so they don't go through what he was going through.

Matthew Rehwoldt, who is technically the son-in-law of the late great Eddie Guerrero, has been with TNA for a little while now - finding his voice on commentary. Despite not wrestling, he has still been busy.

The former WWE star put out a post recently stating that he has something known as Shingles - a viral infection that causes painful rashes and something that could occur to people who have had chickenpox. It's known to generally occur in older people, but excessive stress can result in it happening to younger people too.

Matthew Rehwoldt, for example, is just 36 years old and said that he's seen other young people develop this due to stress. He encouraged people to take care of themselves to make sure that they don't go through the same as him.

While it is undoubtedly an unfortunate health update, the former WWE star seems to be doing enough to get on the right track - revealing that it will likely be sorted out next week.

It's certainly a good sign for people who regularly find themselves in stressful situations due to work.
