Before Triple H took over as the head of creative in WWE, he ran the company's developmental brand, NXT, for several years. Current TNA wrestler Sami Callihan was a part of the brand and reflected on a time when The Game shouted at him backstage.

The 36-year-old wrestler performed under the ring name Solomon Crowe. He made his NXT debut on February 18, 2015, where he attacked Juice Robinson (fka CJ Parker). He portrayed a hacker gimmick and used a tablet to seize control of the arena lights to take out a superstar.

During a recent appearance on the Wrestling is Life is Wrestling podcast, Sami Callihan stated that Triple H told him he wasn't a hacker and that he had to stop cutting promos like one. However, the writing team kept writing hacker promos for him.

"They debut me with the hacker character with just the vignettes. I attack Juice (Robinson) and I cut a promo and then Triple H yells at me, ‘You’re not a hacker. Quit cutting hacker promos.’ But the writers were writing me hacker promos. I was told, ‘This is just a cool way to debut you. You’re not a hacker. It’s just like Jericho’s Save Us Y2J. You’re not a hacker,’ but they keep writing that," said Callihan. (H/T POST Wrestling)

Mark Henry comments on what Triple H changed from the Vince McMahon era

When Vince McMahon was still running things in WWE, the spotlight was on bigger guys who were over 6 feet tall, and smaller guys were rarely pushed as main eventers.

Speaking to Sportskeeda Wrestling's Senior Editor Bill Apter, WWE Hall of Famer Mark Henry stated that Triple H does not seem to care about wrestlers' size:

"I think just the players, just the talent, is the only difference. I always say that I play favorites, I don't treat everybody the same, and I think that was always the case in pro wrestling. The ownership took a premium on big guys, giant six-six, 300-pound guys. That's not necessarily the case anymore. That's the only difference that I see."
