A former WWE Superstar delivered an emotional message ahead of tonight's edition of SmackDown. This week's show will air live from Madison Square Garden and will feature the build for Money in the Bank next weekend.
Dijak was selected by RAW in this year's WWE Draft but never got to have a match on the red brand after he was picked. He took to social media yesterday to share that his contract would be expiring today and he is looking forward to what is next for him.
Ahead of tonight's edition of SmackDown, Dijak shared on X that he was hearing that fans were chanting for him at the show. He said that he loved the fans and would see them soon.
"Streets are saying there’s We Want Dijak chants at MSG. I hear you. I love you. I miss you. I’ll see you soon," he wrote.
New Champs in WWE! More RIGHT HERE
Dijak joined WWE in 2017 but never captured a title during his time in the promotion. His final match in the company was a loss to The New Day's Xavier Woods earlier this month on WWE Speed.
Dijak reveals why he went on a huge rant while in WWE
Dijak recently shared why he went on a major rant in the WWE locker room, and nobody disagreed with him.
Speaking on Mace and Mansoor's Inside MxM Twitch channel, the 37-year-old discussed a time when he went on a rant about the company's pay structure. He claimed that the way the promotion pays talent is silly because they make up the rules and decide which stars become champions.
"I just went on this huge rant and not a f***ing single person in the locker room disagreed with me. Because I just said out loud, this is in front of top guys, this is in front of everybody, I said, 'The way that we do f***ing pay structures here is so silly because it's phony made-up bulls**t that you guys decide and you make it up and you make up the rules, and then you're gonna come to me and say like, no, you're not worth enough because you're not a champion,'" he said.
Dijak was also known as T-Bar in the failed RETRIBUTION faction during his time in the promotion. It will be fascinating to see what lies ahead for the veteran in the world of professional wrestling.
