WWE Superstars are gearing up for Bad Blood in Atlanta. However, one power couple is hearing the wedding bells in the coming weeks. Recently, Mandy Rose and Tino Sabbatelli revealed their recent Botox treatment ahead of their wedding.
Mandy Rose and Tino Sabbatelli got into a relationship when they were working in the Stamford-based promotion. The couple's time with WWE came to an end, but their relationship remained strong in the coming years. Earlier this year, it was revealed the two are planning to tie the knot.
Speaking on the Power Alpha podcast, the former NXT Women's Champion made a shocking revelation that Sabbatelli got Botox for the first time in his life due to their upcoming wedding. Rose said she's gotten Botox in the past, and it's preventative.

"So we both got our Botox. Obviously, the wedding is now five weeks out about. So, it's like a good time to get it. I got my Botox where I normally get it and then I did a little lip flip, which is like kicking in right now," Rose said. [From 24:06 to 24:20]

In 2022, Mandy Rose was abruptly released from WWE after she dropped the NXT Women's Championship to Roxanne Perez. The 34-year-old star was set to cross many more milestones in the Stamford-based promotion before the release.
However, there were speculations that Rose had enhanced several parts of her body while working in the industry. In her podcast, she cleared those rumors and stated apart from a few enhancements, she has never put any filler in her cheeks, face, or lips.
"I have never put filler in my cheeks or anywhere in my face besides my lips," she said.
