A former WWE Women's Champion just made her return to NXT. However, she was taken out by Piper Niven on apparent orders from Chelsea Green.

The competition for the WWE Women's Tag Team Championship is heating up, with teams like Damage CTRL, Lash Legend & Jakara Jackson, and Chelsea Green & Piper Niven as the top contenders. IYO SKY and Kairi Sane got a shot at the tag titles on the October 7, 2024 episode of WWE RAW. However, Lash Legend and Jakara Jackson attacked them, thereby costing the match.
On the October 18, 2024, episode of WWE SmackDown, Lash Legend competed against Piper Niven and came out on top. Legend and Jackson showed up on RAW this past week and got involved in Damage CTRL's match again, causing a disqualification.

Damage CTRL went to NXT tonight to face Lash Legend and Jakara Jackson to settle the score. They were engaged in a highly competitive match when Piper Niven pulled Jackson out of the ring, causing a disqualification. Chelsea Green then showed up and attacked Legend.
Both Green and the 209 lbs star aid out IYO SKY, and Kairi Sane stood tall in the ring. It will be interesting to see which of these teams gets the next shot at the Women's Tag Team Championship.
