Brock Lesnar has been one of WWE's biggest attractions in the past two decades. However, The Beast Incarnate hasn't been on television for a while. Meanwhile, Tommy Dreamer stated he was glad the management didn't give up on Ridge Holland, a star once touted as the next Lesnar.

A few years ago, WWE introduced Ridge Holland to the world alongside Pete Dunne on the developmental brand. The company pushed the star for a while, but he returned to NXT for a solo run on the brand. However, the 36-year-old star was often surrounded by controversy, being the opponent of a few stars who wound up with injuries.

Speaking on Busted Open, Tommy Dreamer stated he was glad the management and company didn't give up on Holland following his past issues inside the ring. Moreover, Dreamer stated Ridge Holland reminded him of a future Brock Lesnar and has the IT factor:

“I remember the first time I saw Ridge Holland and I was like, ‘Whoa, this guy reminds me of a future Brock Lesnar. How big he is, how muscular he was. It was the same show I saw Pete Dunne before both guys got hired. I was like, ‘These two guys have it," Dreamer said.

He added:

“I’m very glad WWE did not give up on Ridge Holland because you’re seeing what you get out of him. You know, when he first started, there was an injury, I think, with Johnny Gargano, then the whole Big E stuff — that usually gets you heat and terminated. They still see something in him," Dreamer said. [H/T - PWMania]

Brock Lesnar hasn't competed for WWE since SummerSlam 2023

A few years ago, Brock Lesnar made a shocking return to the Stamford-based promotion and confronted Roman Reigns. The saga between the two continued for a while and The Beast Incarnate lost to The Tribal Chief at WrestleMania in Texas.

Later, the two picked up the feud and caped it off at SummerSlam 2022. A few weeks later, Brock Lesnar started a feud with Bobby Lashley, which went on till Elimination Chamber in Canada.

After a win over Omos at WrestleMania 39, The Beast Incarnate turned on Cody Rhodes at WWE RAW and spent months feuding with The American Nightmare. The feud ended at The Biggest Party of The Summer in Michigan.
