Tiffany Stratton is one of the rising WWE Superstars on SmackDown. A wrestling veteran recently recalled having clashes with her while training her, before she joined the Stamford-based company.

The veteran in question is Greg Gagne. On a recent episode of the Straight Talk with The Boss podcast, he recalled how he started training Stratton to become a wrestler. He disclosed that he was doing it as a favor for a friend, who was also friends with the WWE Superstar's family.

Although he admitted she was a fast learner, the wrestling veteran claimed she had an attitude problem. Gagne stated that the 25-year-old "pi**ed him off" many times, revealing that he threw the former NXT Women's Champion out of training three times due to her attitude.

"That attitude that you see when she comes to the ring, God she's got an attitude. She pissed me off so many times. I threw her out three times. I told her, 'Get the F outta here. Go home. I'm done. I'm not getting paid to do this. There's no reason for me to be here with you. I'm doing it for a friend. With that attitude, get your a** outta here.' She started arguing back. I said, 'I don't wanna hear anything. Just go. You're done.' She'd leave for ten minutes, come back, sit there, and then apologize. Three times she did that," he said.

The 75-year-old also recalled former WWE Superstar Ken Anderson initially thinking he was being too tough on her before, discovering that she did have an attitude after talking to her himself.

"The third time Ken Anderson was there. He said: 'God, you're rough on her.' I said: 'Well, this is the third da*n time. I'm not gonna put up with this sh*t, you know. Get her out of here. So, he [said]: 'Well, let me talk to her.' I said: 'Well, go talk to her. He came back said: 'Boy, she's got an attitude,'" Gagne added. [16:55 - 17:44]

Greg Gagne made peace with the current WWE Superstar after she apologized

After throwing her out three times, Greg Gagne gave Tiffany Stratton a final warning before she returned to train with him. The former NXT Women's Champion promised to listen to him.

The wrestling veteran revealed that the current SmackDown star had put much effort into her training ever since.

"She came back and I said, 'You know, three times and you're out kiddo. So, we know where we're going now? You know what you're gonna do?' [She said] 'Yes, I do. I'll listen.' She worked her bu** off," he said. [17:48 - 17:58]

Tiffany Stratton is scheduled to square off against Candice LeRae and Jade Cargill in a Money in the Bank qualifying match next Friday on SmackDown. It would be interesting to see if she succeeds in taking another step towards winning her first Women's Championship on the main roster.
