A WWE veteran recently detailed an alleged backstage fight involving Vince McMahon. Ernest "The Cat" Miller shared how Bill Goldberg got angry backstage during his first run with the company in 2003 and almost fought the WWE chairman.
Goldberg signed with WWE in early 2003, but his run lasted for just one year. There were times when he was not seeing eye to eye with McMahon, causing a rift between them. He would later return in 2016 and was pushed to beat Brock Lesnar, win the Universal Championship, and be inducted into the Hall of Fame.
On a recent episode of the Ten Count Media podcast, Ernest Miller, who was close to Goldberg during his time in WCW, shared the story of the alleged fight with Vince McMahon. Miller was also in WWE at the time and the two were ready to go at each other's throats.
"They said Goldberg’s going crazy, so I was about to go in there. But before I could go in, Vince walked down the hall, took his jacket off, gave it to one of the guys in the hall. He walked in there rolling his sleeves up. He said, 'Both of us are mad.' Like, 'This is it!' … He was like saying there will be some furniture moving. We'll be doing this, we'll be going that. 'If I was mad as mad as you are. we'd be going at it,'" Miller said. [From 01:16:33 to 01:17:04]

The Cat explained that Goldberg got into a shouting contest with John Laurinaitis first before Vince McMahon got involved. The two would settle their differences during the former WCW star's second WWE stint.
Booker T comments on Vince McMahon's future plans
Mike Johnson of PW Insider reported last month that Vince McMahon was planning to create an entertainment company once his current issues were settled. It has nothing to do with wrestling. Booker T also gave his two cents on the matter and said:
"He's not gonna go silently in the night, that's not gonna happen. So I can definitely see him trying to create something. What that is, I'm not sure. But I don't think it's gonna be a wrestling company or anything like that. I would not see him wanting to go through that again," Booker said. [H/T: WresleZone]
