After a long wait, WWE finally pulled the trigger on the return of Uncle Howdy and his new faction, the Wyatt Sicks (Wyatt 6). The group's introduction might be a talked-about topic currently, but Rene Dupree has explained why the company's latest booking decision won't be a success.

As seen on the RAW after Clash at the Castle 2024, Uncle Howdy returned to TV after weeks of cryptic teasers from the company. Howdy wasn't alone, as he had four other superstars with him: Nikki Cross, Joe Gacy, Dexter Lumis, and Erick Rowan.

WWE is enjoying the rewards of its patient build-up as Wyatt Sicks is pulling in great numbers on social media, with fans excited about the storyline inspired by Bray Wyatt.

Rene Dupree reacted to the faction's debut on RAW and expressed his concerns over copying angles from the past. Dupree believed Bray Wyatt and Luke Harper were important pieces of the original Wyatt Family.

While Dupree could see WWE's massive PR machinery putting over the Wyatt Sicks, he personally didn't feel it would work long-term for Triple H and his team.

"Ummm, it's really hard to recopy the original. I think Bray Wyatt had a big, big piece of the puzzle. So did [Luke] Harper. If anybody can get it over, it's WWE's marketing machine, but! Good luck! No (when asked if he thinks it would work)." [From 1:00 onwards]

The Wyatt Sicks and its impactful WWE RAW debut

The WWE Universe had to wait for it, but Wyatt Sicks' arrival on RAW certainly left a lasting impression on most fans. Following the main event that saw Jey Uso win, the lights went out, and the attention shifted to the chaos that ensued backstage.

Uncle Howdy and his crew vandalized the Gorilla position, with Chad Gable also seen bleeding after an alleged attack.

Bo Dallas, the man behind the Howdy mask, menacingly walked through the backstage area as his team members slowly emerged. Nikki Cross as Abby The Witch, Joe Gacy as Huskus The Pig, Dexter Lumis as Mercy The Buzzard, and last but not least, Erick Rowan as the Rambling Rabbit produced one of the most visually bone-chilling RAW ends in recent memory.

There is still room for one more member, and it will be intriguing to see who WWE chooses for the final spot in the Wyatt Sicks.
