WWE has officially signed The Motor City Machine Guns. The longtime tag team legends were announced for tonight's SmackDown with less than two hours until showtime, and fans are buzzing over what the future might hold. Grayson Waller has just insulted MCMG and the SmackDown General Manager in a major way ahead of tonight's show.

Alex Shelley and Chris Sabin are reportedly set for significant roles in World Wrestling Entertainment. Despite tension between Waller and Austin Theory, A-Town Down Under has chased the WWE Tag Team Championship on SmackDown, but are seemingly worried about their spot now that another blockbuster team has arrived.

They were recently sent to chase the NXT Tag Team Championship, and perhaps Waller was worried about being forced into an even longer break from blue brand competition. He just responded to tonight's announcement on Sabin and Shelley with a few jabs.

The Moment Maker has had a rough recent past with Aldis. Waller took to X (fka Twitter) to react to Aldis' announcement on The Motor City Machine Guns and labeled the veterans as Vanilla Midgets. He posted an "I [Love] Vanilla Midgets" t-shirt and said the WWE SmackDown GM should have this in his collection.

"Nick Aldis needs this shirt," Grayson Waller wrote.

A-Town Down Under is still dealing with internal issues. They worked their last Friday night match in early September, which was a loss to Randy Orton and Kevin Owens. The final edition of the developmental brand in September saw the duo defeat Je'Von Evans and Cedric Alexander, but they failed to dethrone NXT Tag Team Champions Fraxiom two weeks later.
