Gunther is challenged by Bloodline member moments after referencing Roman Reigns on WWE RAW 

World Heavyweight Champion Gunther referenced Roman Reigns during his promo on WWE RAW. Moments later, he was challenged by a Bloodline member.

Jey Uso is one of the most popular stars on the WWE roster. He was primarily known as a tag team wrestler for the better part of his career. However, he broke out as a singles star over a year ago and has found success. He won the Intercontinental Championship. Now, he has indicated that he has bigger plans for himself.

On the latest episode of WWE RAW, Gunther said that he watched RAW's premiere on Netflix last week and he wasn't impressed by the performances he saw in the ring. He said people are focused on who is the Head of the Table when they should be focused on his World Heavyweight Championship which was a reference to Roman Reigns. Jey Uso interrupted him and said he cared about the World Title and even challenged him to a title match at Saturday Night's Main Event.

The Ring General recalled their previous two encounters where he beat Jey and asked him to think whether he wanted this match as he would expose him for being just a tag team wrestler. As The Ring General was walking to the back, Jey stopped him and said he was going to earn his respect by beating him for the World Heavyweight Championship at Saturday Night's Main Event.

It will be interesting to see if Jey Uso will be able to end Gunther's dominant title reign at Saturday Night's Main Event.
