WWE Hall of Famer Arn Anderson has commented on whether he'd like to see his son Brock Anderson in NXT. They both used to work for AEW, but they're no longer part of the promotion.
The former Four Horsemen member recently departed AEW, while his 27-year-old son left in October last year. The latter was removed from the company's roster page, and they chose not to renew his contract. His last match in AEW was on the August 12, 2023, episode of Collision, where he unsuccessfully challenged Luchasaurus for the TNT Title.
Speaking on his ARN podcast, Arn Anderson said he wouldn't have an issue with Brock going to WWE NXT, but he doesn't think it's the right time yet.
"It's probably not time yet to even consider that, but yes, of course. It's also good to go in the door with all your fundamentals in line, your reps. It's best if you can get a little ring shape in when you walk in the door, other than just [being] an athlete from a different sport walking in," he said.

The veteran added:
"So that's what we're trying to do, is just hone his mechanics and expand his thought process. He'll be somewhere soon. There's no hurry. It's not like rush, rush, rush, [we have to] get you a spot at one of the major promotions. It's just making sure you do things right on the way up. That's what we're looking at." Jim Cornette is against the idea of Arn Anderson managing Cody Rhodes in WWE
The American Nightmare recently said in an interview that he wants a manager. Arn Anderson used to manage Cody in AEW, and he's now a free agent.
However, WWE legend Jim Cornette doesn't think it's a good idea for Arn to manage Cody Rhodes in WWE.
"Do the people want to sympathize or get sympathy on Arn Anderson in this day and age? I'm not sure. Maybe there might be something more to it as a heel but also if we were all a little younger. I don't think it would fit with Cody right now. As a person who gives advice on an intermittent basis, maybe there is something there," Jim said.
Cody Rhodes is one of the biggest babyfaces in the industry right now. If he does get a new manager, it'll be interesting to see how things play out.
