Drew McIntyre made his much-anticipated return on last week's episode of WWE RAW. He had been on hiatus following his Hell in a Cell match against CM Punk at Bad Blood.
The Scottish Warrior recently appeared during Busted Open Radio's Holiday Party, where he discussed his time away. McIntyre explained how he realized he had missed important moments with his family because he had been focused on wrestling.
Drew McIntyre shared that he understood that family is the most important thing, not validation from fans on the internet. He acknowledged that when he retires, people will eventually forget him and move on. The former WWE Champion stated that he no longer cares about anyone's opinion online. In the end, he stormed off the set, throwing the microphone to the ground.
"When I leave, when I retire, I'll have accomplished everything. It doesn't matter if you're Mark Henry, Bully Ray, Tommy Dreamer, Drew McIntyre, or Stone Cold Steve Austin—you're gone, they move on. They forget, and it sucks, but it's true. So, as far as I'm concerned when it comes to the internet, I don't give a f**k about your opinion," McIntyre said. [1:07:08-1:07:24]

Drew McIntyre will be in action at WWE Saturday Night's Main Event
Upon his return, Drew McIntyre has set his sights on Jey Uso and Sami Zayn. He has accused both of selling out by teaming up with Roman Reigns to help him at Survivor Series.
Zayn cut a promo earlier this week stating that he has had enough of McIntyre's rhetoric and challenged him to a singles match at Saturday Night's Main Event. The blockbuster match was later made official for the show.
It remains to be seen which of these two stars walks out of SNME with the bragging rights.
