A former WWE Champion recently stated that he was injured for most of his career as a pro wrestler. The star in question, Kurt Angle, is regarded as one of the greatest ever to step foot in the squared circle.
Angle has done it all in the pro wrestling world. He is a Hall of Famer and was an absolute machine during the peak of his career.
Kurt Angle recently sat down with Sam Roberts on his Notsam Wrestling podcast. He stated that he was injured 98% of his career as a professional wrestler. Check out his full comment below:
“The beautiful thing about WWE is, and I’m not saying that what I did was right, but you could work around your injuries. So you know your capabilities. If your neck is broken, you know what you can do and what you can’t do, and you try to stay away from the things that you can’t. That’s the cool thing about WWE. I was injured 98% of my career. I was always hobbled with an injury. I always had to work around them. So I was able to do that," Angle said. [H/T Fightful]
