A new threat in the form of Jacob Fatu appeared on SmackDown this week. Former WWE manager Dutch Mantell reviewed the action from this week's episode.
Solo Sikoa was set to face the Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes in the main event. However, just minutes into the match, The Bloodline jumped Cody, bringing the match to an end via disqualification. Kevin Owens and Randy Orton came out to help and were able to drive out the faction. But they got ambushed by a debuting Jacob Fatu.
On the latest episode of Sportskeeda Wrestling's Smack Talk podcast, Mantell was surprised to see Jacob Fatu on the show. The veteran didn't anticipate seeing the new Bloodline member on TV so quickly. He initially thought it was Uncle Howdy who attacked the three babyfaces, only to realize later that it was Fatu.
"Hey, I didn't know who he was, at first. I've been hearing Jacob Fatu but I didn't expect him to show up. He had the red dreads, he looked to me like Uncle Howdy maybe. That's my first thought. They put him out there and I said, 'Damn they're gonna make him a heel I guess. Finally, about ten seconds later, I found out it was Fatu." [20:33 onwards]
The Bloodline has now strengthened its ranks with the addition of Tama Tonga, Tonga Loa, and Jacob Fatu. Solo even informed Paul Heyman this week that Roman Reigns was never returning.
It will be interesting to see how in the WWE can stop this unstoppable faction.
