WWE fans are hopeful to see a major star return during tonight's edition of SmackDown. Tonight's show will air live from the Climate Pledge Arena in Seattle, Washington.

Cody Rhodes is set to defend the Undisputed WWE Championship against Solo Sikoa in a Steel Cage match tonight on SmackDown. It will be the opening match of tonight's show, and many fans are hoping to see a massive star return. The Rock has not appeared on WWE television since the RAW after WrestleMania XL, and many fans believe The Final Boss will be returning tonight.

The Instagram account "Memes Unleashed" suggested that both Roman Reigns and The Rock could return during tonight's show. Wrestling fans reacted to the post and were very excited about the possibility of The Rock returning tonight on SmackDown. Some fans also mentioned John Cena, Brock Lesnar, and Jimmy Uso as other potential stars who could return during tonight's show.

WWE legend Hulk Hogan compares RAW star to The Rock

WWE Hall of Famer Hulk Hogan recently compared Bron Breakker to The Rock and Stone Cold Steve Austin.

Jey Uso won a Fatal 4-Way match this past Monday night on WWE RAW to earn a future Intercontinental Championship match against Bron Breakker. Speaking to Sportskeeda Wrestling's Bill Apter in an exclusive interview, The Hulkster discussed Bron Breakker's potential in the wrestling business.

The legend stated that Breakker was "wise beyond his years" and had the chance to be a major star like Stone Cold Steve Austin and The Brahma Bull.

"He's something else. He's wise beyond his years. Number one, to be that intense and to know the red light's on and to be able to stay in that zone. It's very impressive, so if they do the right thing with him that could be your next Stone Cold, The Rock, or Hulk Hogan. He could be the guy." [1:37 – 2:01]
