Former WWE Manager Dutch Mantell recently spoke about LA Knight's segment with Rick Boogs this week on SmackDown.

Last week after SmackDown, Knight had a run-in with The Street Profits, and a match was set up for this week. The Megastar enlisted the help of Rick Boogs to help him take down Montez Ford and Angelo Dawkins.

However, the match did not go according to plan as Boogs was pinned by Ford after a devastating From the Heavens. In the aftermath of the encounter, Knight attacked Boogs, ending their partnership just after a week.

On a recent episode of Smack Talk, Mantell felt that the storyline didn't excite him much. He predicted that Boogs would lose clean to Knight in the coming weeks, and the self-proclaimed Megastar would move on to bigger and better things.

"Well, Boogs, I never was a big fan of his anyway. I think LA Knight has about a 100% bigger upside than Rick Boogs could ever hope to have. But I didn't really enjoy the segment. It was there but like not there. It didn't mean anything to me. I think LA Knight will have to use this to springboard from it. think Boogs will do the honors for him for the next week and two and we'll go from there and then see where we are." LA Knight blamed Rick Boogs for the loss

After the match, WWE correspondent Megan Morant caught up with LA Knight backstage.

Knight was irate and explained that he never got pinned and that it was Boogs' fault.

"What you saw was another man get beat. What you saw was me sitting outside trying to get back in, but being held by the illegal guy. That's what you saw. What you saw, what everybody saw out there saw, what everybody in here saw was a loser in Rick Boogs."

LA Knight vowed to exact his revenge on The Street Profits in the coming weeks before storming off.
