Important WWE figure spotted at ringside for SmackDown; 3rd major appearance since quitting in 2023

An important WWE figure was present at ringside for SmackDown in Madison Square Garden. This marked the third major appearance since quitting WWE in early 2023.

This week on SmackDown, fans in attendance at the legendary Madison Square Garden spotted none other than former WWE Co-CEO Stephanie McMahon. She is married to Triple H, the man responsible for the company's current renaissance. McMahon has been very quiet in the past year, choosing to spend time with her family after a tumultuous brief run as Co-CEO that saw her step down when her father Vince McMahon returned.

Fans were happy to see Stephanie McMahon at ringside. Her first major appearance since quitting was at WrestleMania 40, and her second was during the Draft this year.

There is no word on whether she plans to get back into a major role. Right now, Nick Khan is the one in the main seat in the sports entertainment juggernaut and seems to be getting a lot of praise for his role in the company as well.

Although Stephanie McMahon quit the company and her role as Co-CEO, her family ties to the business will make sure that she is never truly gone.

As for what her role could be, that will be interesting to see.
