Indi Hartwell and Dexter Lumis were involved in a romantic angle back in 2021. The angle instantly became a big hit with the WWE Universe. On the August 17, 2021, episode of NXT, Hartwell proposed to Lumis.
The debut episode of NXT 2.0 featured Lumis and Indi's wedding. In April 2022, Lumis was let go by WWE. Mere months later, he was brought back by the promotion. For a while now, fans had been speculating about Lumis being a part of the Wyatt 6 faction. The 40-year-old star hasn't wrestled a WWE match in more than a year at this point. If Mercy The Buzzard is indeed Lumis, it's a much-needed character change for the in-ring veteran.
