Randy Orton's WWE career is potentially in jeopardy after Kevin Owens' attack on Friday Night SmackDown. Meanwhile, Mark Henry said The Viper could've been saved from a piledriver had Jason Jordan applied a sleeper hold on The Prizefighter.
Jason Jordan was a rising star in the Stamford-based promotion a few years ago as he received a singles push on Monday Night RAW. Unfortunately, the 3-time Tag Team Champion suffered a career-threatening injury and hasn't competed since 2018.
Speaking on Busted Open, Mark Henry questioned why WWE officials did nothing to save Randy Orton from Kevin Owens on Friday Night SmackDown. The veteran stated Jordan, even though he's injured, could've saved Orton from a piledriver from Owens on the show.
"I put a lot of blame on a bunch of people like the referees; get in there and do something. I'm begging you to stop jumping around like a bunch of rockets. Go in there and grab him. Jason Jordan, I know you're injured, but you can still put a sleeper on Kevin Owens, but you could've saved Randy Orton. I mean, all those people in the ring, they let that happen. I'm just appalled," Henry said. [00:25 - 00:58]

Why did Kevin Owens attack Randy Orton on WWE SmackDown?
Last month, Kevin Owens confronted Cody Rhodes following his match alongside Roman Reigns and attacked the champion. Later, he revealed The American Nightmare betrayed him, as he helped The Original Tribal Chief against The Bloodline.
However, Randy Orton thought it was a misunderstanding and tried to calm Owens. Unfortunately, The Viper accidentally elbowed The Prizefighter, which started a feud between the two. In the coming weeks, the two brawled on Friday Night SmackDown.
Sadly for Randy Orton, Kevin Owens took it one step further. On the latest edition of WWE SmackDown, Owens hit Orton with a piledriver, and the 14-time WWE World Champion was stretched out of the ring. Given his history with injuries, it'll be interesting to see when The Viper returns.
