An injured WWE RAW Superstar recently took to social media to share a new look ahead of the latest edition of Friday Night SmackDown. The star being referred to is Zelina Vega.

Vega was supposed to lock horns with Shayna Baszler in the 2024 Queen of the Ring tournament on last week's episode of Monday Night RAW. However, General Manager Adam Pearce took to Instagram to announce that the 33-year-old star suffered a legitimate injury and won't be able to compete in the tournament. Pearce also mentioned that Maxxine Dupri was going to take her place in the match against Baszler.

Zelina Vega is known for changing her looks regularly. She once again did the same as she took to X/Twitter to upload a photo, showcasing her newly curled hair.

"Curly girly," Zelina Vega shared.

Zelina Vega has already been crowned the Queen of the Ring which was previously known as the Queen's Crown Tournament in 2021.

Zelina Vega wanted her feud with Rhea Ripley to continue in WWE

During a recent edition of WWE's The Bump, Zelina Vega said that her feud with Rhea Ripley should have continued and her momentum got messed up after Mami was drafted to RAW and Vega remained on SmackDown after Backlash 2023.

"How does it feel today? It feels like a missed opportunity. It feels like that should have been the rocket. That should have been the moment that I continued, and went on to continue to fight Rhea [Ripley]. And of course, we got split. I think that is what messed this up, the brand split. Because when we got to do the draft, and they [The Judgment Day] went to RAW, and we went to SmackDown, that is when everything kind of changed. I was so tunnel-vision, everything was so there, and then it slipped out of my hands," Zelina Vega said.

Many fans wanted to see Zelina Vega become the Queen of the Ring once again. It remains to be seen who will come out on top at the 2024 King and Queen of the Ring Premium Live Event in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
