Bayley earned an opportunity to compete for the WWE Women's Championship during this week's action-packed episode of Friday Night SmackDown. The Role Model delivered an interesting message following her major win.
On the January 10 edition of the blue brand, the 35-year-old competed with Nia Jax, Bianca Belair, and Naomi in a Fatal Four-Way match to determine the number one contender for Tiffany Stratton's WWE Women's Championship. The fast-paced multi-star contest ended with the former Damage CTRL leader nailing The Glow with the Rose Plant to secure the win. She will challenge the Buff Barbie for the title next week.
Earlier today, WWE shared a video of Bayley talking into the camera while going to the back after the match. The former Women's Champion expressed excitement about her upcoming title bout with Tiffany Stratton and noted that it might be bigger than WrestleMania.
"Oh baby! What time is it? It's Bayley time dude! That's real original, I know." She continued, "But it's been a long time since I've been a No. 1 contender. It's been a long time since I've been this damn excited about winning a championship back. It might be bigger than WrestleMania. I don't know. Tiffy Time is a big time, right?"
